Originally from Delaware, acting in community theatre since the age of 8 years old, Colby is ready to take to the stage once more in A Dolls House here at Masquerade Theatre for the first time. His most notable roles include William Barfée in Blue Moon Theatres production of Spelling Bee, Amos Hart in Chicago at the Smyrna Opera House in Delaware and Cogsworth in the Garfield Center for the Arts’ production of Beauty and the Beast in Chestertown Maryland. This will mark his 55th show in Community Theatre. He hopes to make it a good one and wants to thank his parents as well as Jamie Sheffer for always supporting him and giving him the strength and encouragement to continue in this passion, he does it for them.
Mike is equal parts honored and excited to appear in his first production with Masquerade Theatre. Past roles include Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind (Ensemble), Singin’ in the Rain (Production Tenor), All Shook Up (Jim), Cinderella (Sebastian), The Scottish Play (Porter/Seward), and The Year Without a Santa Claus (Santa). Mike is involved with RCBC's Theatre Club and has been involved as a performer in their improv comedy show series, The Comedy Factory. He loves working with actors and seeing the growth they inspire in each other. He's always grateful for the love and support from Mom, Dad, Aj, Shaun, and all other family and friends who have supported him in his growth as a person and artist and will be eternally grateful to Cooney, Geb, Dr. T, and Rob for inspiring that growth.
Allison is an NJ based performer and choreographer with training in classical ballet, contemporary, modern, and jazz dance from South Jersey Ballet School. Previous acting credits include Great Expectations (Estella/Biddy), Wit (Susie Monahan), and Proof (Claire) with Masquerade Theatre, and favorite musical credits include Cinderella (Ensemble, BToP), Cabaret (Rosie/Choreographer, HPP), She Loves Me (Ensemble, Ritz Theatre), and High Fidelity (Marie LaSalle, HPP). In addition to her time spent onstage, Allison is an experienced physical therapist with specialty certifications in Women's Health/Pelvic Health and Dance/Performing Arts Rehab. Allison would like to thank her husband James for his constant love and support during the entire process, as well as thank Jake for trusting her to bring Nora to life, and the cast for their artistry and creativity during the rehearsal process.
(She/Her) is thrilled to return to Masquerade, having appeared here in On Golden Pond and Picasso at the Lapin Agile, and in Wit during the virtual era. Some recent credits include Fiddler on the Roof (Yente), Pippin (Berthe), Ripcord (Marilyn), Lend Me a Tenor (Julia), The Importance of Being Earnest (Prism), DrivingMissDaisy (Daisy), Noises Off (Dotty/Mrs. Clackett), Lost inYonkers (Grandma Kurnitz), Kimberly Akimbo (Kimberly), Cabaret (Fraulein Schneider), Sister Act (Mother Superior), and many others. Phyllis is grateful to Jake and Courtney for the opportunity to be part of this classic with an outstanding cast in this marvelous theatre. As always, this performance is dedicated to Howard, forever her biggest fan. (Déjà vu note: Phyllis played Nora several decades ago!)
Sara is so excited to finally be joining Masquerade in an onstage role! Sara received her BA in Theatre Arts from Arcadia University and she enjoys both spending her time on-stage Acting and behind-the-scenes as a Stage Manager in the Greater Philadelphia region. Some previous favorite on-stage roles include: tick, tick...boom! (Susan), The Glass Menagerie (Laura), The Diary of Anne Frank (Anne), and Legally Blonde (Kate/Chutney). Thanks to the cast and crew for welcoming her and all of their incredible work on this production.
Dan is thrilled to be making his Masquerade debut! His most recent credits include Bad Seed (Tasker), Much Ado About Nothing (Benedick), and The Comedy of Errors (Antipholus of Ephesus). Many thanks to the cast and crew for this opportunity, and to Jake for his unwavering support.

Ruben is excited to make his theatrical debut! He has been playing guitar for nearly 20 years and performing live with a band for almost 15. He's spent the last 6 years teaching music and recently moved in to town. He would like to thank his family, friends, and everyone at Performance Studios for supporting him on this journey.
Kat is thrilled to be making her Masquerade Theater Company Debut! She has been active in the South Jersey theater community for over 25 years. She was most recently seen as Jane Throttle in The Mystery of Edwin Drood at Haddonfield Plays and Players. Other favorite credits include Big (The Grand Theater), Company (HP&P and STAGES), The Music Man (Ritz), Evita (The Grand Theater), The Dark of the Moon, Barnum (Ritz), Songs for a New World (HP&P) and many more. By day, Kat is the founder and director of the orchestra program in the nearby Burlington Township school district as well as a freelance violinist. Many thanks to Megan, David, Stoney and the multi-talented cast she is privileged to share the stage with. She sends her love biggest supporters, Nick, Charlie and Joanna. Kat dedicates this performance to her parents who were always happiest while watching her play the violin.
Mark is thrilled to be in such a multi-talented cast (and a dream show) for his debut at Masquerade. Some standout previous shows over the last 30+ years include: Little Shop (Mr. Mushnik), The Spongebob Musical (Mr. Krabs), Fiddler (Lazar Wolf), Kinky Boots (Mr. Price), Heathers (Ram’s Dad), West Side (Doc), Songs for a New World (Man), West Side (Tony), Godspell (Jesus), Assassins, Memphis. Mark is a performing musical artist and has released several albums commercially, and he owns/operates Gollihur Music, an internationally-renowned online music store specializing in the needs of upright bass players. He thanks his family – especially Beki and Cora – for enthusiastically supporting his return to the stage.
(He/Him) is an actor and theater educator from the South Jersey area. He holds a BA in Theater from Rutgers University-Camden, and has been a part of many productions with Masquerade Theatre including: Proof (Hal); Great Expectations (Herbert Pocket/Ensemble); Wit (Ensemble); One Fifty Four (The Sibling); The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, Abridged; Next to Normal (Gabe); Almost, Maine (Jimmy/Randy/Phil/Dave); and Fun Home (Roy/Mark/Pete/Bobby Jeremy). Other notable acting credits include: All Shook Up (Chad), As You Like It (Orlando), You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Charlie Brown), and The 39 Steps (Clown 2). Jake has worked on the technical side of productions as a director, house manager, stagehand, and as Props Master for PJ's Playbook with Masquerade.
Sean is returning to Masquerade for his second theatrical performance here, having previously appeared in Once as Da and Banker. Working mainly as a Fight and Intimacy Director, recent credits include Misery with Act 2 Playhouse (2025), Thanksgiving Play with Players Club of Swarthmore (2025), and Vanya & Sonia & Masha & Spike with Masquerade Theatre (2025)
MacKenzie Ryann is absolutely thrilled to be a part of this Company! MacKenzie loves performing with Masquerade and is ecstatic to be in another wonderful production. Last year she played Izzy in Rabbit Hole but most recently performed at Bridge Players Theatre Company in the Memory of Water (Catherine). When not performing, MacKenzie’s full time job is working as a veterinary technician. Also in her spare time, she conducts very important research in finding the best brown butter chocolate chip cookie recipe. Thank you to Megan, Trisha, Tommy and the rest of this fabulous team!
Returning to the Masquerade Black Box Stage has been an amazing experience and getting to work with this amazingly talented cast and production team has been fantastic. Rebecca was last on stage at Masquerade in The Fantasticks as The Mute. She was also in Small Mouth Sounds (Alicia, Footlighters), The Importance of Being Earnest (Cecily Cardew, Footlighters) and Significant Other (Kiki, Footlighters). Rebecca is grateful to the entire cast, CB, and Tommy and Megan for their love and support. A huge thanks to her husband, kids, and many friends who make it possible for her to continue to act and be on stage while caring for her family and working.
Jennifer is thrilled to make her Masquerade Troupe debut in Next to Normal after serving as vocal director for The Fantasticks last season. She also works as vocal director for Masquerade’s Lights Up student production series. Jennifer has worked as a high school Choral Director in South Jersey for the past 16 years. Previous credits include Ragtime (Emma Goldman), The Secret Garden (Lily), Mame (Agnes Gooch), Carousel (Nettie), Hunchback of Notre Dame, Albert Herring (Lady Billows), Die Fledermaus (Adele), Le Nozze di Figaro (Cherubino).
