Falsettos follows Marvin, a neurotic New Yorker who leaves his wife Trina and young son Jason to live with his lover, Whizzer. He desperately attempts to keep together a tightknit family out of this eclectic array of relationships he refuses to give up. Amidst monumental life changes, the whole family is forced to reckon with views on love, responsibility and what it means to be a man.
