Ordinary Days 2025 [Claire]

Jennie is absolutely thrilled to be making her debut here at Masquerade and having the opportunity to work/play with this incredible group of humans! No stranger to the area, Jennie has been seen in many community/regional productions here in the tri-state area - New Candlelight Theatre: Legally Blonde (Paulette); Bootless Stageworks: Tick, Tick...BOOM! (Susan), Chess (Svetlana); 11th Hour Productions: Big Fish (Jenny Hill); Ritz Theatre: The Wild Party (Kate), Gypsy (Louise), A Streetcar...Desire (Blanche); Road Company: Jekyll & Hyde (Lucy), Sweeney Todd (Mrs. Lovette); Haddonfield Plays & Players: John & Jen (Jen), Man of La Mancha (Aldonza), Bat Boy (Meredith Parker).  Jennie's small amount of free time is spent teaching group fitness and loving on her husband, Rico, little boy, Lex, and Max the cat.

Laughter on the 23rd Floor 2025 [Max Prince] | WIT [Harvey Kelekian] 2021

Rico is thrilled to be working with Masquerade once again! You may have seen him in Masquerade’s virtual play, Wit as Dr. Harvey Kelekian, MD. A South Jersey native, Rico has performed locally and nationally for over 40 years. His most recent credits include: High Fidelity (Rob); Rock of Ages (Lonny); American Idiot (St. Jimmy); In The Heights (Usnavi); The Pillowman (Tupolski). He has also directed many productions in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area. Most recently Jesus Christ Superstar at The Ritz Theater in Oaklyn, NJ where he also serves as the Vice-President. Rico is a 6x NJACT (Perry Award) nominated actor and director. He would like to thank Shawn for trusting him to be “funny” as Max. “Proud of you, bro!”. Thanks to super Stage Manager CB for always holding it down, and the entire Masquerade family for making him feel like family. Thanks to this insanely hysterical cast for all their hard work! Lastly, he would like to thank his most beautiful wife Jennie and his awesome kids for always showing love and support.

Isaiah Showell is a multimedia journalist and is born and raised in south jersey! Isaiah loves to sing, act, and highlight positive stories, events, and people on his platform called What’s Good with Isaiah on Follow South Jersey digital platform!

Ed Silberman

Laughter on the 23rd Floor 2025 [Ira]

Ed has appeared in numerous productions in the Delaware Valley over the last 40 years. His is making his "Masquerade" debut. This marks the 3rd time performing in Laughter, having previously portraying Max & Val. Past roles include Sheridan Whiteside (Man Who Came to Dinner), Mushnik (Little Shop of Horrors), Bela Zangler (Crazy for You), Applegate (Damn Yankees), Biggley (How to Succeed), & Horace (Hello Dolly). By day, Ed is a financial advisor with Corebridge Financial. He is honored to share the stage with such a talented ensemble cast. He is also happy to reunite with Shawn (director), who 16 years ago performed with Ed in Laughter. Ed dedicates this performance to his grandsons Miles & Ace, as well as the one along the way....

Melancholy Play 2023 [LORENZO]

(He/Him) is a junior Theatre major at Rowan University, with concentrations in Acting and Pre-Teaching, and a minor in Political Science. Previous credits include Billy Theebles (A Feminine Ending), Ted Sunderson (Perfect Arrangement), Male Greek Chorus (How I Learned to Drive) and Balthazar (Our Lady of 121st Street).

Almost, Maine 2023 [Ginette/Sandrine/Hope] | The Fantasticks 2022 [The Mute]

Returning to the Masquerade Black Box Stage has been an amazing experience and getting to work with this amazingly talented cast and production team has been fantastic. Rebecca was last on stage at Masquerade in The Fantasticks as The Mute. She was also in Small Mouth Sounds (Alicia, Footlighters), The Importance of Being Earnest (Cecily Cardew, Footlighters) and Significant Other (Kiki, Footlighters). Rebecca is grateful to the entire cast, CB, and Tommy and Megan for their love and support. A huge thanks to her husband, kids, and many friends who make it possible for her to continue to act and be on stage while caring for her family and working.

Sarah Spivack (Meg)

Little Women [Meg]

(She/they) is thrilled to be playing the big sister Meg March for Masquerade's production of Little Women. This is her first full production with Masquerade, though you may remember her from a few cabarets. Several past roles include: Luciana in A Comedy of Errors, Mother in Hansel and Gretel, Papagena in The Magic Flute, Louise in Murder on the Nile. Sarah is so thankful to be a part of such a wonderful community. She says a big "thank you" to her parents for their never ending support.
