Production Information

• Registration by September 5th required.

• 1st Session & Auditions will be held Saturday, September 5th.

• Rehearsals begin September 12th.

• Participation Fee $400. $100 non-refundable deposit due when invoiced after registering. Balance may be paid by check or through the sale of program ads. Register for both JTF and our Fall production by Sepetmber 1st and get a $150 discount on your Fall production registration!  

Important Dates

• 1st Session & Auditions: Saturday, September 5th (1pm-5pm)

  • If you cannot make auditions, you can submit a video audition - please note at the bottom of the registration form.

• Registration Due: Saturday, September 5th

• Rehearsals: Saturdays and Sundays, starting September 12th, 1PM-5PM. 

• Tech: Sunday, November 8th from 1-6. Monday, November 9th-Thursday November 12th from 5:30PM-8:30PM.

• Performances: Friday, November 13th at 7pm and Saturday, November 14th at 2pm and 7pm and Sunday, November 15th at 2pm and 7pm (if needed).

About Children of Eden, Jr.

Lights Up at Masquerade Theatre is performing Children of Eden, Jr. with a cast of youth actors (ages 7-18).  This is a ~60 minute version of this beloved musical.

Plot:

Based on the story of Genesis, the age-old conflict of parents and children takes the stage in a new adaptation of Stephen Schwartz’s epic and heartfelt musical.

Adam, Eve, Noah and the "Father" who created them deal with the headstrong, cataclysmic actions of their respective children. As generations pass, faith and loyalty are tested, but the bonds of family and love remain strong.

• Friday, November 13th at 7pm

• Saturday, November 14th at 3pm

• Saturday, November 14th at 7pm

• Sunday, November 16th at 3pm

• Sunday, November 16th at 7pm (if needed).
